Shipping and Returns

Shipping Cost

We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $19.98CAD (+$1.99CAD for each additional item), it covers shipping to anywhere in Canada or the United States.

Fulfilment Time

Orders are shipped in 2-4 business days. If something is made-to-order it may require additional time of which you will be notified by e-mail.

Tracking Info

All orders are shipped with tracking. The tracking number will be e-mailed to you after the order is shipped. Parcels are shipped via Canada Post.

International Shipping

We ship to Canada and the United States only. We do not ship internationally.

Returns

Returns can be made within 15 days of delivery at the expense of the buyer. Products must be unused. Any product that has been used, modified or damaged, is returned incomplete, or with missing or damaged packaging is not eligible for return.
