1. Do your products come with a warranty?

All of our products come with a limited lifetime warranty against defects in materials or workmanship. Products must not have been misused, improperly set-up, or been abused for this warranty to apply. Contact us directly for any warranty claims and we will have a replacement send your way ASAP.

2. How are your products made?

Our products are made using additive manufacturing, more commonly known as 3D printing.

3. Are your products made-to-order?

All of our products are in stock and ready to ship. Discount Box items are an exception to this and are subject to availability.

4. What materials are your products made from?

Our products are made from a highly durable polymer called PLA+.

5. Where can I find the STL files for your products?

We do not share STL files. A lot of time and effort goes into designing and engineering our products and we do not want our work to end up on the internet.
